People more knowledgeable than me will tell you that the vast majority of casualties in any war are civilians and non-combatants. Twas ever thus.

Trump, nor Israel for that matter,  doesn't want to attack 'Iran'.

It is the evil regime & its nuclear weapons programme it wants to, and must, curtail. 

Netanyahu made a speech directly to the Iranians clearly stating that. 

If they are serious about getting rid of the uranium enrichment plant then surely use of the US MOP bomb is inevitable. The only alternative would be personnel in Iran controlling it's dismantling & removal after the present regime are no more.  Which seems unlikely to happen and could be opposed by the Iranian people since it wouldn't be under their control.
