A painful hip, and sore along the outer lower leg, and across the front of the ankle , is causing sleepless nights.

I've suffered from slipped discs in the past but have done nothing to bring this on.

Any thoughts?

In the absence of a much missed person, have you tried ibuprofen?

I'm using cocodomal but as it's not on prescription it isn't as strong.

It probably is sciatica but I've done nothing to spark a recurrence.

sandy have you tried a tens machine,i suffered with Sciatica and the tens worked wonders.just got a new one that is wireless with a remote control
