I see these for sale in major chemists and supermarkets. Are the gummies as effective as the capsules? I think of gummies as something else entirely

I take multivitamin gummies from amazon and have done for 2 years. It got to the point where my stomach was rejecting tablet vitamins.

My bloods all come back as normal.

Apparently not, a lot of glucose syrup in the gummies that aren't in the capsules but of course, that isn't an active ingredient

I'd guess they must be, but also likely to have lots of sugar ?

I take teen tiny soft gels that are just the vit D in a drop of oil. I hate tablets or capsules that are too big...can't swallow them.

A few years ago I bought Vitamin C chews. They were so good I ate them all in a day.

It didn't turn out well.

I laughed because whilst I have not done that with Vit C I have done it with my multi vits!! Just had a couple as I was craving something sweet and had nothing in the house and before I knew I had eaten a months worth
