//This week’s report by Baroness Casey revealed what many of us already knew – political correctness allowed systemic abuse to go unpunished//

Starmer intially said, quite shamefully in my opinion,  that those campaigning for a national inquiry were jumping on the far-right bandwagon, but has now been forced into a U-turn.  However, it is he who will decide who leads the inquiry, its terms of reference and, hence, how long it will take to report.  Each and every one of those people involved in covering this up must be brought to book but I've a sneaking suspicion that this one will run on and on.  Shame on them all.

it certainly will. How are we doing with the Grenfell inquiry? The postmasters?

I can guarantee nobody will go to jail

All parties that have been in government are guilty.

What annoys me is the labour blaming that is currently ongoing.

You are joking?

Question Author

It's not just governments, DDIL.  Police, social services, etc, all are culpable.

They are led by governments Naomi.

clone what am I joking about?

Watched Channel 4's "In the Footsteps of Killers" last night hosted by Professor David Wilson and Emilia Fox. They were looking into the murder of Bulic Forsythe who was bludgeoned to death. He worked for Lambeth Council and was apparently ready to blow the whistle on an alleged paedophile ring operating on council premises.  A chilling story unfolded about systematic abuse in children's hostels etc. Some victims are still afraid to speak out as they have been threatened. Worth a watch if you can stomach it and shame on those who are still trying to cover it up.

according to many commentators, the bucket of Snowcem is already being deployed - suggestion is that social services, civil servants, the police and government personnel/departments will all be exempted from the scope of any inquiry.

Question Author

I sincerely hope that isn't true, mushroom.

While emotionally I can sympathise with the heading, obviously the law must be followed and there are therefore limits.

I'm questioning why 'Labour blaming' is annoying you.

Labour are inextricably wrapped up in this grooming/rapist gangs.

^Eh?

Why does the fear of being accused of racism trump everything else? Sick of hearing the word racist being bandied about just to close down a conversation. It doesn't bother one iota if I'm accused of being a racist, water off a ducks back.

Because a person can be prosecuted and / or be sacked if his actions are perceived to be driven by racism, Dave

Question Author

^That'll be everyone complicit in this then.

//What annoys me is the labour blaming that is currently ongoing.//

And the councils invlved were?

All Governments are complicit but labour, especially with 2TK attemtping to thwart and enquiry are deep in the do Dah.

Kneeler will find a way to subvert Justice, he is a lawyer - bottom of the pond HR lawyer at that.
