Oh my...wishing you a very speedy recovery. 

I've had that HW and it is truly awful and so so painful.  You have my sympathy.  I can't remember what the doctor gave me for it but it did work quickly.  Do you know what they are prescribing you?

The reason I got it was because I was not drinking enough.  Could that be your cause?  Now I have a drink next to me all day and night to make sure it never happens again.  xx

PS:  My pain was below the stomach!  And actually worse when I was p..ing.

Sorry to hear you've been unwell, Hellywelly.These urine infections are nasty. You're probably on a strong antibiotic. Let's hope it kicks in fast and you feel better soon. 😊

I hope that all works out well, but drinking is your best friend.  I had this battle with OH.  Preferably not wine - but drink!
